Challenge: Client wanted to transition from a legacy voice system to a new Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
Solutions: Intellispring deployed a team with voice specialization to install over 400 Cisco IP phones along with Call Manager 6.0. Due to the nature of the client no downtime was critical in the deployment. To meet this critical need, Intellispring met with the client throughout the process to make sure the switch over was going ahead as planned.
